But, there may be certain situations where you repay more than the actual outstanding or pay EMI of a loan that you have not taken,
You can claim a refund of the payment you have made for a loan which is not disbursed to you, or the excess amount that you have paid as EMI of your loan.
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
After approval of your request, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your account within a certain working days.
